The Ghana Police Service has assured the general public that it is chasing after the persons who attempted to rob a forex bureau at Lapaz on November 22.
This is contained in a press release dated November 22.
“The Police are on a manhunt for two robbery suspects who attempted to attack a Forex Bureau at Lapaz in Accra, this morning. The swift response of the Police to the scene thwarted the suspects’ attempt to carry out the robbery. We would like to assure the public that we will surely get them and bring them to face justice,” they assured.

Earlier reports indicated that although the premises was surrounded by the police, the armed men were able to find their way out at the backdoor of the forex trading office.
